To make sure that the order reaches you as quickly as possible, we offer you convenient payment methods. These enable you to pay your order easily and quickly.

We accept the following payment methods

If you have a PayPal account, you can easily pay with it. PayPal offers you among other things direct debit and credit card as payment options. If you pay by PayPal, the goods can be shipped immediately, because the money is booked immediately with us. Please note that PayPal does not support payment for tobacco products and E-Shisha/accessories. So you can not pay with the mentioned shopping cart content.

The new, innovative payment method is TÜV-certified, works with modern SSL encryption and proven PIN/TAN entry, which is already known from online banking. After completing your order, you will be automatically redirected to the website sofortü, where you have to enter your access data for your bank account and request a bank transfer, just like in online banking. With the SEPA Direct Debit Scheme, you give us permission to debit your bank account with your outstanding invoice amount. The direct debit usually takes place within 14 days after dispatch of the goods. By completing the order process, you enter your bank details and agree to the direct debit by clicking the checkbox. The direct debit mandate is valid for 36 months from the date of order, so that you do not have to agree to a new direct debit procedure when ordering again.

If your account does not have sufficient funds, you will be charged a fee. Payment via direct debit is only possible in Germany.

Please note that with this payment option, the goods can only be shipped when payment is received. If you wait with the transfer, the delivery time will be delayed. Furthermore, due to high order volume, the desired product may already be out of stock. Therefore we ask you to always transfer the money promptly to avoid these complications.
You will receive the order confirmation by e-mail after your order. With the corresponding data you can then transfer the money to our account. The invoice amount is to be transferred within 3 days, after that the goods can unfortunately no longer be reserved..

Please note that with this payment option there is an additional fee of 3,90€ (plus 2€ cash on delivery fee). Your goods can be shipped immediately after receipt of your order.
If your parcel is left at the store and not picked up (or if an incorrect delivery address is given), the order must be cancelled. In addition, the amount of 6,90€ remains open for the unsuccessful delivery. This must be paid within the next 10 days!

Standard shipping costs

As a matter of principle we only deliver within Germany. From 60,00 € order value on, shipping is free of charge. Up to an order value of 60,00 € we charge 6,90 € shipping costs per order.

We send vouchers exclusively by e-mail. Therefore there are no shipping costs for vouchers.

Delivery times

Delivery time

As far as in the article description no other period is indicated, the supply of the commodity takes place in Germany usually within 2-3 working-days after confirmation of order (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is based on the article you ordered with the longest delivery time.
The delivery abroad may take longer under certain circumstances. As a guideline, you should expect about 6-7 working days.

The return takes place with DHL!

  1. Should you receive a defective, incomplete or faulty delivery, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail: In urgent cases, our customer service is at your disposal.
  2. Describe the situation and attach photos so that we can better understand the whole situation. Please always include the order number and your first and last name.
  3. The return slip must be completed in full for every complaint and enclosed for return.
  4. After the complaint has been checked and processed, you will be informed by e-mail or telephone how the complaint will be further processed. In case of a defective, incomplete or faulty delivery you will receive a return label from DHL. You can take this to the nearest DHL branch.
